Hara operates 3 X 8 hour shifts all year round, employing 59 people in the following functions:

Training
Staff receive continuous training throughout the year in subjects such as first aid, crisis management, psychotherapeutic relationships, mental health, community relations, quality management, time management etc.
Team meetings within work groups are held on a weekly basis to discuss any issues arising.
